Eligibility
- Must be an undergraduate student enrolled at an Ohio public or private college/university/community college
- Must be entering Junior or Senior year with at least one full year remaining
- Must have an overall GPA of at least 3.0
- Must demonstrate knowledge and commitment to careers in environmental sciences or environmental engineering
- Must submit a current full transcript with GPA circled
- Must attach a maximum two-page vita, biosketch, or resume
- Must submit essays on career choice, original research, and extracurricular activities
- Must provide two letters of recommendation from education or environmental professionals
Description
These merit-based, nonrenewable scholarships are awarded to undergraduate students enrolled at an Ohio public or private college/university/community college who demonstrate knowledge and commitment to careers in environmental sciences or environmental engineering. Scholarships may be used for tuition, fees, books, personal protection equipment, tools, instruments, and field equipment but not housing. Students must be entering their Junior or Senior year with at least one full year remaining. Past awardees will not be considered.
