Description
The Noah Thomas Foster Memorial Scholarship offers a $1500 scholarship to be applied toward tuition or other education-related expenses. This scholarship is awarded annually to one high school senior from Kentucky, Tennessee, or Colorado, attending a two or four-year college or university. It was created in memory of Noah and Scott Thomas Foster, who tragically lost their lives in a plane crash.
