- Must be enrolled or recently attended a Public Works Academy program for Public Works Academy Program
- Must be enrolled or recently attended the Florida Public Works Institute program for Public Works Institute Program
- Must be a college student with at least 60 credit hours for Undergraduate Program
- Must be pursuing an advanced degree in Public Works Engineering, Public Administration or related field for Graduate Program
