Eligibility
- Must be a high school senior in good academic standing or high school graduate within the prior 2 years who otherwise meets all standards
- Preference will be given to students involved in 4-H or FFA
- Students in private, public and home school programs are eligible to apply
- Residency within the Association’s chartered territory in Northwest Florida
- Must maintain a 2.5 or above average GPA throughout their program
- Field of study must remain focused on agriculture or a related industry
Description
The AgVocator Scholarship Program by Farm Credit of Northwest Florida offers scholarships to support the future of agriculture and prepare today's youth to become tomorrow's leaders. The program awards one scholarship for up to $20,000 and two additional scholarships for $2,000 each. Recipients also have the opportunity to gain valuable experience through a paid internship during their junior or senior year of college.
